We understand that plans change. Here’s how cancellation works at 𝗦𝗻𝗮𝗽𝘀𝗦𝘁𝗶𝗰𝗸:

𝗖𝘂𝘀𝘁𝗼𝗺𝗶𝘇𝗲𝗱 𝗢𝗿𝗱𝗲𝗿𝘀:

Since we start working on personalized prints quickly, cancellations for custom posters are only accepted within 𝟯 𝗵𝗼𝘂𝗿𝘀 of placing your order. After that, our design and production team may already be in action and cancellation may not be possible.

𝗡𝗼𝗻-𝗖𝘂𝘀𝘁𝗼𝗺𝗶𝘇𝗲𝗱 𝗢𝗿𝗱𝗲𝗿𝘀:

For standard products, cancellations are allowed 𝘂𝗻𝘁𝗶𝗹 𝘁𝗵𝗲 𝗼𝗿𝗱𝗲𝗿 𝗶𝘀 𝘀𝗵𝗶𝗽𝗽𝗲𝗱. If your order has already left our studio, our Return Policy will apply instead.

We proudly deliver across 𝗜𝗻𝗱𝗶𝗮, and we can ship internationally upon request. Additional fees like customs duties or taxes may apply for international orders and will be the responsibility of the buyer.

Once your payment is confirmed, we begin preparing your artwork. Orders are usually processed within 𝟮 𝗯𝘂𝘀𝗶𝗻𝗲𝘀𝘀 𝗱𝗮𝘆𝘀, depending on design complexity and order volume.
