Since our posters are made 𝘫𝘶𝘴𝘵 𝘧𝘰𝘳 𝘺𝘰𝘶, we currently 𝗱𝗼 𝗻𝗼𝘁 𝗮𝗰𝗰𝗲𝗽𝘁 𝗿𝗲𝘁𝘂𝗿𝗻𝘀 in the following cases:
• You changed your mind after placing the order
• You ordered the wrong size, design, or product by mistake
• The item doesn’t match your space or expectations
• Your order includes 𝗰𝘂𝘀𝘁𝗼𝗺𝗶𝘇𝗲𝗱 𝗼𝗿 𝗽𝗲𝗿𝘀𝗼𝗻𝗮𝗹𝗶𝘇𝗲𝗱 𝗱𝗲𝘀𝗶𝗴𝗻𝘀
We encourage all customers to double-check their order details before completing checkout.

We stand by our work. If your item arrives 𝗱𝗮𝗺𝗮𝗴𝗲𝗱, or if you receive the 𝘄𝗿𝗼𝗻𝗴 𝗽𝗿𝗼𝗱𝘂𝗰𝘁, we’ll make sure you’re taken care of. Here’s how:
𝗣𝗿𝗼𝗼𝗳 𝗥𝗲𝗾𝘂𝗶𝗿𝗲𝗱:
To qualify for a refund, we require an 𝘂𝗻𝗯𝗼𝘅𝗶𝗻𝗴 𝘃𝗶𝗱𝗲𝗼 that:
• Starts before the package is opened
• Clearly shows the damage or mismatch
• Is sent to 𝘀𝘂𝗽𝗽𝗼𝗿𝘁@𝘀𝗻𝗮𝗽𝘀𝘀𝘁𝗶𝗰𝗸.𝗰𝗼𝗺 within 𝟮𝟰 𝗵𝗼𝘂𝗿𝘀 of delivery

𝗪𝗵𝗮𝘁 𝗛𝗮𝗽𝗽𝗲𝗻𝘀 𝗡𝗲𝘅𝘁:
1. 𝗢𝘂𝗿 𝘁𝗲𝗮𝗺 𝗿𝗲𝘃𝗶𝗲𝘄𝘀 𝘆𝗼𝘂𝗿 𝘃𝗶𝗱𝗲𝗼 to verify the issue
2. If approved, we’ll offer you either a 𝗳𝘂𝗹𝗹 𝗿𝗲𝗳𝘂𝗻𝗱 or a 𝗿𝗲𝗽𝗹𝗮𝗰𝗲𝗺𝗲𝗻𝘁
3. Refunds are issued to your original payment method
4. Please allow up to 𝟱 𝗯𝘂𝘀𝗶𝗻𝗲𝘀𝘀 𝗱𝗮𝘆𝘀 for the refund to reflect

Prefer a replacement instead of a refund? No problem! If your claim is valid, we’ll ship you a new one at no additional cost.

• Claims 𝗺𝘂𝘀𝘁 𝗯𝗲 𝘀𝘂𝗯𝗺𝗶𝘁𝘁𝗲𝗱 𝘄𝗶𝘁𝗵𝗶𝗻 𝟮𝟰 𝗵𝗼𝘂𝗿𝘀 of receiving your order
• Claims without the video or beyond the 24-hour window 𝗰𝗮𝗻𝗻𝗼𝘁 𝗯𝗲 𝗽𝗿𝗼𝗰𝗲𝘀𝘀𝗲𝗱
